Dosage is way too high and unsafe
The dosage is way too high and unsafe - 10ug or 400IU is the max for healthy people!! 25ug = 1000 IU which is taken regularly can damage your kidneys and heart. Google the dosage! The NHS and examine say over 400 IU (10ug) can be toxic over time. Seems incredibly irresponsible for My Vitamins to sell this at this dosage per capsule.
