What is CLA?

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is derived from safflower oil. It is commonly found naturally in dairy and beef products.

This provides 3g of CLA per 5g serving. Linoleic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Who is CLA Suitable for?

This can be taken as part of a healthy diet and structured training programme.
