I have been on this vitamin for some time now and I couldn't be happier. This vitamin does exactly what it says on the tin,it keeps me balanced,as a person who was on anti-depressant before and came off I felt I needed something healthier to keep my busy mind at bay and these vitamins outweigh any other type I've tried before. Very easy to take,and a blessing to have at home :)

Dont recommend
I took these to help with moods before period. My periods have always been very regular and on time.. they are now 5 days late, still no sign..i think taking these has messed with my period so i wont be taking again
