Cacao is naturally rich in essential nutrients like iron and phosphorus, and vitamins A, C, and E. It is also a source of magnesium, which can support our energy levels1 and reduce tiredness.2 Magnesium can also help to maintain healthy bones, muscles, and teeth.3
Why Use Cacao Instead of Cocoa?
