I’ve been taking these capsules for around 6 weeks but at around 4 weeks in I started getting a rash around my eye nose and mouth area left me so red and sore almost raw. I continued taking the vitamins but then realised it’s a reaction to the biotin. I’ve now cut them out and my skin has started to clear up.

Noticeable difference in hair
