Can’t recommend enough
5I swear by biotin, been using this for years and my nails are so strong. They never break and it’s all down to using this

5I've been using these biotin tablets for a month now. I'm amazed at how fast my nails have grown and how strong they are. I've noticed in recent days I have less hair falling out which was the main reason I started taking these. I've lost a lot of my hair due to stress which is pretty upsetting for me. Also it's got very thin. Time will tell how well these tablets work. But so far so good.

Can’t recommend enough
5Been taking these for years and my nails never break. I constantly have shellac on and they are still super strong. I put it down to the biotin

Biotin in a decent dose
5I have been using it for some time now. My hair stopped falling out - finally! And there’s a lot of baby hair growing, so I’m happy.

5I only recently purchased My Vitamins hair skin and nails capsules and the collagen tablets. I suffer from psoriasis and my skin is already improving! I got to know My Vitamins through Gemma Louise Miles who is an Amazing Vlogger!! I have ordered the gummie vitamins also and I cannot wait to see how these improve my skin! Defo recommend!! 5Been taking Biotin for a few months.. I start my day with it. Within a few weeks I noticed a difference in the thickness of my hair.. much needed as had ruined my hair to bleaching during the lockdowns.. Feel lost without it.
