These work!
5I've been taking these for a few weeks and can really see a difference. I no longer have weak nails and many of my admittedly few wrinkles have retreated! Such good value too.

Not lot of collagen
1If you look at mg there is not huge amount its recommended 2.5 to 10g per day however this isnt even 0.4! No difference to skin that I can see Tabs are easy to take but they are not doing anything substantial in my case

4Taking collagen for several years as I hope it will help my bones and joints due to RA. Not sure it helps skin as have not noticed any difference in mine since I started taking them.
