Ingredients (per capsule): Phytosterols (834mg), Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Colouring, Sodium Croscarmellose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Glycerine, Vitamin B6 Pyridoxine (0.7mg), Thiamine HCL (0.55mg), Vitamin B2 Riboflavin (0.7mg), Vitamin B12 (1.25µg).
Take 2-3 tablets daily with a main meal. Plant Sterols work best when taken with food, especially dairy and oily foods. This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol level, check with your GP before use.
