Lemonade Refresher

What You Need 

 Method   

  1. Mix together the lemon juice and collagen until dissolved. 
  2. Add the honey, fresh mint and water and mix together. 
  3. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. 
  4. Take out of the moulds and serve immediately.

What You Need 

  • 200ml mango juice  
  • 200ml orange juice  
  • 200ml pineapple juice   
  • The juice of 1 lemon  
  • 1 stick of Mvitamins Beauty Collagen Powder (Orange flavour)   
  • 200-300ml sparkling water  

Method  

  1. Mix the orange juice and collagen powder in a large jug.  
  2. Add the mango, pineapple, lemon juice and water and stir together until fully combined. 
  3. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.   
  4. Take out of the moulds and serve immediately.
