For many of us, the lead up to Christmas means overindulgence, especially when it comes to baking.

We’ve asked our Ambassador Sophie Danvers to share her Cinnamon Protein Cookies recipe. These delicious bakes are vegan-friendly, gluten free and full of protein, helping you to focus on your goals throughout the festive season.

Protein is an essential nutrient which plays a part in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. (1) This recipe uses Myvitamins Soy Protein Isolate, a low calorie, dairy-free way to supplement your natural protein levels.
