With Halloween fast approaching, we're sharing nutritious, tasty recipes to help you feel your best this Spooky Season. First up is our Cinnamon & Collagen Pancakes. This high protein, low sugar blend is quick and easy to make and can be topped with sweet or savoury treats to be enjoyed all year round.
This recipe uses our Collagen Pancake Mix, a bestselling formulation of hydrolysed collagen in a convenient powder form. Collagen is an essential protein which provides our skin with elasticity and helps it to stay firm and plump. Our natural collagen levels decline as we age, but supplements can help to boost your intake from within.

What You Need
- 2 large scoops of Myvitamins Collagen Pancake Mix (Unflavoured)
- 1 level tsp baking powder
- 1 level tsp cinnamon
- 100ml milk
- Toppings of your choice, we recommend marshmallow fluff and Halloween sprinkles!
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients together and mix well.
- Stir in the milk to form a thick batter. If you prefer a thinner pancake you can add more milk.
- Spoon the mix into a hot pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Stack your pancakes and add as many toppings as you like. We've chosen marshmallow fluff for a spider web effect.
