Vegan Cookie-Dough Smoothie Bowl Recipe
What You Need
- 3 frozen bananas
- 80g frozen cauliflower
- 25g Myvegan Salted Caramel Soy Isolate
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp liquid (we used coconut water)
- 1 packet of Myvitamins Vital Bites
Method
- Pop your bowl into the freezer. (This helps to stop the smoothie from melting.)
- Pour the liquid into the blender, then add the remaining ingredients on top. Blend on high power until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add more coconut water.
- Add the mixture to your cooled bowl and add toppings. We've chosen MyVitamins Cookie Dough Vital Bites, sliced banana, coconut shavings and chopped hazelnuts.
If you've enjoyed this fruity smoothie, take a look at some other popular Myvitamins recipes:
- Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
