Purple Prebiotic Smoothie Bowl Recipe
What You Need
- 12g of Myvitamins Inulin Powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 florets of frozen cauliflower
- A handful of frozen blueberries
- 25g of Myvitamins Soy Protein Isolate (Vanilla flavour)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of Myvitamins Hemp Seeds
- 200ml of almond milk
- Toppings of your choice. I like to use chia seeds, fresh fruit or granola for extra crunch.
Method
- Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. If it’s looking too thick add some extra almond milk and blend again.
- Serve in a large bowl and add as many toppings as you like. Granola works especially well if you're making this for breakfast.
*Chicory fibre inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency.
- EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA and EPA.
