High-Fibre Chocolate Easter Pancakes
What You Need
Pancakes:- 60g oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder
- A few drops of vanilla
- 80ml almond milk
- 8 squares of Cadbury mini egg chocolate
- Frozen berries
- Myprotein Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
- Myvitamins Bio Bites
- Mini eggs
Method
- Add all of the pancake ingredients (except the chocolate) to a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
- Heat a pan with coconut oil and spoon in four circles of mixture.
- Add one square of the chocolate to each pancake to create a gooey centre. Cook evenly on both sides and flip.
- Stack your pancakes and add as many toppings as you like.
